By engaging with our services, you agree to the following general conditions:
- Scope of Services
Our services are provided as agreed in the assignment and carried out with the highest professional standards. Any substantial changes to the scope of work will require prior written agreement. - Duration and Termination
Agreements are valid for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. - Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the collaboration is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit prior consent, except where required by law. - Intellectual Property
All deliverables, materials, and results produced during the assignment remain the sole property of our company. These may not be used or distributed without prior written approval. - Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided and excludes any indirect or consequential damages. - Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly and must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to additional charges of 2% per month. - Applicable Law
These general conditions are governed by Belgian law, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
