    Humaniti emerged from one clear observation: digital trajectories rarely fail because of technology, but because of how people engage with it.

    The idea started with Daniël, the founding father of Humaniti. Drawing from his experience as an international programme manager at large organisations, he saw that real impact is created when technology, business and people come together. That is how Humaniti was born — a fusion of human and IT.

    In 2021, Daniël and Dries crossed paths. The vision resonated immediately. Dries joined the story, helped further develop Humaniti through business development and community building, and works himself as a project and change manager.

    In 2025, Mark came on board to help Humaniti continue to grow. As a digital optimist and project manager, he strengthens both the substantive trajectories and business development.

    Today, Daniël, Dries and Mark continue to build Humaniti together, with a strong Flemish spread across the region:

    • Digital transformations rarely fail because of technology. The real challenges are often a mix of people, processes and culture: resistance to change, unclear roles, a gap between strategy and the work floor, or simply a lack of time and focus. At the same time, the knowledge to make it work is usually already there, inside the organisation itself. It just needs the space to come to the surface. We believe a transformation only truly succeeds when it is carried and driven from within.
